Concert Room Hire Fees

  1. Members………………..£50.00 plus £50.00 deposit
  2. Non Members…………From £60.00 plus £50.00 deposit
  3. Childrens Parties & Afternoons £10.00 per hour plus £50.00 deposit
  4. 18th Birthday Parties…….£60.00 plus £100.00deposit
  5. Funerals F.O.C. with a £50.00 deposit
  6. All deposits are returnable subject to Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions

***We reserve the right to refuse entry to any person or persons. ***

  1. A minimum deposit of £50.00 is required to secure the required date.
  2. Full payment must be made at least 6 weeks prior to the event.
  3. Children must be controlled and confined to the Concert Room.
  4. The use of “Silly String” or similar is strictly forbidden.
  5. Any spillages or breakages must be reported and cleaned immediately.
  6. Any buffet waste should be cleared before leaving.
  7. The room must be cleared at least 30minutes after shut-tap.
  8. No under-age drinking, this is the responsibility of the hirer.
  9. The monitoring of the door is the hirer’s responsibility.
  10. Entertainment must be kept to a reasonable volume.
  11. All entertainment must finish at stop-tap.
  12. Only drinks purchased from the bar shall be consumed on the premises.
  14. Banners and balloons to be put up with Blue Tack i.e. no drawing pins
    or Cellotape.
  15. Cancellations must be given in writing a minimum of 6 weeks before
    the function or you may lose your deposit.
  16. Please refrain from using table confetti.

If there is any suspicion of drugs being used on the premises the offenders will be removed or the function will be ceased and you will be asked to leave the premises.
