The application form above must be completed and along with the current deposit, be given to the Steward.

The application will be discussed at the earliest Committee meeting, after which, if passed the booking will be confirmed.

This application includes 2 Bar Staff any additional staff will incur an additional cost.

Any suspended or banned members must seek prior permission, in writing, before attending.

Any deposit paid will be forfeited should there be any trouble or damaged caused at the function.

Cancellations must be given in writing & a minimum of 6 weeks before the function or your deposit will be forfeited

Children Under 10yrs must leave the premises before 9pm
